      Great to get experience, but not for long term. No 401K.

      Pros

      Getting to meet new people and solve customer's solutions.

      Cons

      Poor management, only 20 hours of pto every 6 months and if you have a family emergency they will not be compassionate will still demand that you have to be in the store or they get fined if it's dark. Would not ever work for them in the future. Better off applying to a retail store.

      Creative commission structure. Work without boss hovering over you

      Cons

      Job duties change at a moments notice. Market managers seem more eager to find ways to implement disciplinary action rather than help you do better with your job
