Pros

Was started off at fairly Generous Hourly Rate

Cons

Fear of Job security. The Whole program was constantly Changed. There was no sense of Direction. Poor View of Management. Massive Layoffs in the First Year of Project Life.

Pros

Working in the People Attraction team was an amazing experience. Not only the team, but the whole company has an amazing vibe. Randy Brandon is very involved and leads the department naturally.

Cons

No cons at all.

Pros

If you're desperate enough for work and need money, apply here. They will take anyone because the turnover rate is so high.

Cons

The training is sub-par. Benefits are horrible. Schedule is unrealistic and work/life balance is lacking. The employee who trained my group had only been there three weeks and training was only 2 days (Day One was just generic PowerPoint slides in a Wal-Mart breakroom where you couldn't even focus because everyone was having lunch and watching General Hospital. Day two was with the so called "Trainer" that was talking more about her life/goofing off to Wal-Mart employees then actually training on the programs, apps and daily process of doing the job well and don't even get me started about the work chat app the manager uses to berate you if you don't push sales hard enough) Oh and talks down to his employees who aren't making sales yet sucks up to the ones making sales for his commission only salary.
