      Can micromanage at times. Erratic retail hours.

      Not a good place to work

      Pros

      Most people there were very friendly.

      Cons

      Job expectations were not clear. Some days you are working for your own responsibilities. Some days other responsibilities. There was also no career development here. Training was poor even if provided. Managers were not forthcoming. Overall, not a good place to work.

      Pretty good even during lockdown

      Pros

      The position requires a lot of focus on execution & making your own schedule to fulfill targets. But that gives a lot of autonomy and self managing. The company has been good to work even in a crazy year. Corona issues cut available hours down but the Co has opened up other projects for assc’s to get hours. They’ve been very supportive during lockdown and try as hard as can be to keep everyone working.

      Cons

      Still not getting FT hours, but that is everywhere. A new plan for personal car reimbursement is confusing and flaky and pays less than the previous.
