      Greedy/ money hungry company, ridiculous goals, upper management only care about themselves

      Pros

      Fake opportunities and have to slave to get a somewhat decent commission check.

      Cons

      Upper management plays favorites. They have a million metrics, which are ridiculous and unrealistic. Pay is terrible. If they give more of a damn for their employees and a slight better pay, they might actually improve.

      I need a paycheck. Once I find a new opportunity, I am out!

      Cons

      pay & benefits are laughable, comp plan seems to change weekly, as does the management team. Do more, comp plan changes, make less. People here are actually nice, so I don't know what's going on but It's a revolving door of people.
