Pros

I started working here right out of college. I knew I wanted to go into sales but I didn’t know anything about it or where to start. Within the first week of working at T-ROC I had already gained so much knowledge about sales and interpersonal relationships that I felt like I could work anywhere. Not only that, but they offered me great benefits considering how inexperienced I was. I definitely wasn’t expecting a job that offered health insurance right out of college, but this company really made sure that I felt taken care of. I worked hard, learned a lot, and then moved on to another incredible sales job, which I know I wouldn’t have gotten without everything I learned while working here.

Cons

There are literally none that I can think of. I got so much more out of this company than I ever could have expected as a recent college graduate.

Pros

Fast-paced, exciting job. Always something to do or someone to talk to, and there’s always opportunities to make money. A lot of opportunities for overtime considering how much this job already pays. Company’s mission involves really taking care of their employees and building interpersonal relationships, and it’s very clear to see how much of a priority it is while working for them. Variety of locations that you can transfer to if moving.

Cons

Can be tiring at times. No actual downsides to talk about.
