Pros

The team i worked with had some great people. I made some great friends that i communicate with even though i am no longer with the company.

Cons

Management is terrible. Not just at the team/program level. Upper management is bad as well. There are always exceptions to this. Upper management and HR do not listen to employees, they only tell you to go handle the issue with your manager. If your manager is the issue, it makes for an awkward situation. I have seen responses by HR on several of the bad reviews stating they wish they would have known about the issue. Trust me, they knew or else the HR personnel assigned to your team is not relaying the information up the chain of command. Advancement opportunities are a joke. It's not about your experience, knowledge or what you bring to the table, it's more about who you know and if you can or will be a puppet. I know this is harsh, however it is the truth. I know of at least 4 people on my team that reached out for assistance with HR and all were told the same thing. When the manager position for the team change happened, there was no announcement. There were several people that were far more qualified for the position than the person chosen. There was no training or coaching for the newly promoted manager. Sad to say, the newly promoted manager was a poor performer and admited openly that in their time as a Brand Amabassador "I am just flying under the radar and doing enough to get by." To me that is not the type of person you want to hire as a manager. I would like to believe their are positive aspects of this company. I never saw or experienced the. I am not disgruntled, i am disappointed and being honest.
