Pros

High expectations, bad pay, horrible leadership.

Cons

I was lied to from day one. The communication is horrendous. Favoritism is ramped in the company. You’re not paid enough for what’s expected of you......I could write an entire essay on the problems with the company. It’s far too much for this review section.

Pros

My manager was quite nice, as was my coworker. Good pay for what it was. Not a lot of work involved. You go to a Walmart to do their contract phones. Manager rarely present.

Cons

Since I left, a lot has changed. When I worked there, you got paid computer training that was required. Now, as far as I know from current employees, you do not, so good luck doing your job and having Walmart people mad at you for not knowing things. Since you're left alone, time theft from employees is a huge issue. Co-worker mysteriously disappeared for four hours? Good luck getting management to care. I was fortunate that my manager looked into this but ymmv. Management at least in my area consistently changes.

Pros

Good pay. Talk to customers.

Cons

Constantly being on group chats and being pushed to sell more even when you have sold lots.

Hi and thanks for sharing your feelings about T-ROC. Do not look at it as pushing to sell; it is a constant learning environment to help you succeed and move up like 300 of your fellow T-ROCers did this past year. I cannot wait to hear about your amazing accomplishment! Randy Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction
