Pros

I love my job with TROC. Firstly, when they called me for my interview, they relayed my resume to me!!! They had actually reviewed my resume asking me questions about my jobs before I even mentioned it. I was wowed that they actually took the time to do this and knew about me before calling me. I am also currently under medical as well as a Child Advocate and I am given the time I need for doctors and court without losing any hours. I have been able to make decent money and advance per my potential and look forward to moving up within the company. Love the opportunities I've been giving and those yet to come!!

Cons

No actual meetings, so you don't alwaays know your coworkers onlyh of them through WorkChat.

Pros

Easy work within a sales environment. Set your own pace. Decent pay

Cons

Poorly managed. Toxic environment but it can vary from store to store. Too much experimentation within the markets to really set a status quo. POOR Communication. No real job security. Hr is outsourced so no real open door policy.
