It’s clear that The Revenue Optimization Companies places people first. The company is constantly reinventing itself and striving to improve everything from the sales approach to the company culture. Some companies think “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” but not this one. Management is quick to tell anyone who asks that we always want to be ahead of the curve in every area and they’re definitely the most open to new ideas I’ve ever experienced in my professional career. We have a strong and effective leadership team that leads the charge on all things and I honestly don’t know where we’d be without them. I feel like everyone on staff can actually flourish here because, at the end of the day, our leaders have our backs. They give credit where credit is due (instead of hogging it for themselves), and value and appreciate hard work.

I was invited to join TROC almost 4 years ago by a buddy of mine and I’ve since seen it grow to a tremendous size. The company is relentlessly ambitious and has its sights on being one of the biggest and best in the nation. I’ve seen it attract some amazingly talented people who are genuinely excited to be part of the company and every time this happens I feel more certain that this is the company I’ll be with until I retire. I’ve worked with companies in the past that were very conservative in their approach to business ("playing not to lose"), whereas TROC is willing to take risks to achieve success ("playing to win"). With every month that goes by, the company is building a stronger and stronger culture as everyone aligns with the company’s overarching goals, and are given the chance to have a real impact on how things are run and the company it will become in the future.
