      Cons

      Every company has opportunities for improvement however T-ROC is consistently making updates based on employee surveys.

      Wavering comp structure

      Great base pay, my position had convenient hours

      Cons

      The comp structure was not consistent or conveyed precisely. The entire department was eliminated and there was not a good pay out for the positions no longer available.
