Thank you for the amazing five star review!!! We love to hear from our current employees and how much they enjoy the commission pay structure at TROC. We look forward to working more with you in 2021.

Worst job I have ever worked

Pros

There is nothing good about this job and I am very opened minded on things

Cons

You stand around and try to sell phone to people that are grocery shopping. Must sell 20 phones to unlock commission (those 20 phones don’t count) each month. You can’t do anything except sell phones or accessories. So if you like helping out don’t or you will get sent home or fired. I was hired on at $15 an hour but that’s just to get you to work for them. They hourly pay will eventually drop to $10 an hour. 2 days of pointless online training and 2 in store training day but there is no training. You have to train yourself. If you are by yourself and you call and ask for help best believe you will hang up on you. You won’t have register numbers for a month, so if you manage to unlock commission you still won’t get it I can go on and on about everything but at the end of the day if you apply for this job you will see it yourself. I’ve had job I didn’t like before but I never went out of my way to make a bad review but this job deserves it. It’s a huge pyramid scheme and they make Walmart look really bad.

Pros

That it’s remote? Honestly it’s hard to think of any

Cons

- Minimal pay - NOT financially stable, they told a whole team to stay loyal and stick with TRoc and then fired them all within a month - They lost so many people and left the recruiters with the same workload to everything is always absolute chaos and the company is failing rapidly - They don’t appreciate their employees and often belittle them in team meetings - You get 5 days of PTO/Sick time per YEAR, they won’t let you use it and when you leave they don’t pay it out - They hire upper management that doesn’t have a clue in the world about recruiting or running a team.
