TROC also has their ear to the ground and takes employee feedback and actually uses it to better the environment. Growth is there for those who want it- management is willing to listen and eager to help you find your career path and plan it and work through it to get where you want within the company. They also tend to look internally first for new job postings. Freedom as a manager- no micromanaging but they are still there to guide you as you manage your own team the way you feel works best.
