Pros

*You learn so much about sales here, management really knows what they’re doing *The bosses are so encouraging, you really feel like they care about who you are as an individual *They push you to reach your potential every single day and are very motivational *Good hourly pay, amazing commission *Opportunities to work remote if that’s important to you *Lots of chances for advancement, raises, and bonuses *Great benefits considering this was an hourly job

Cons

*Can sometimes be harsh, but it’s worth it for the pay and personal growth, employees need to work hard for their growth

High risk, high reward

Pros

I love this job. Yes, you have to work hard to meet your goals. But the rewards are so, so worth it. You get a good hourly wage no matter how much you sell, and the commission rates are HIGH. The product itself is easy to sell if you’re willing to put in the time and effort to understand the mission of the company and the best sales techniques.

Cons

If you’re afraid of hard work, this job isn’t for you. If you’re willing to put in the effort, you will be rewarded exponentially.

Pros

The jobs pay is good, and at the time, requesting time off was super flexible.

Cons

I paid for insurance for 2 months and never received my cards until I was fired. The position I held did not have consistent work, our roles changed weekly. We even helped assist a large group of people who were let go. Then to top it off there was no warning of us about to be let go,Overall the lack of communication between managers and the team was not good at all.
