Great for self-reliant people with drive. You have the liberty to succeed on your own terms. Executive team on this program have our back.

Cons

Limited structured communication. There are a lot of apps/programs/sites that can be challenging to navigate.

Pros

Commission pay on top of hourly pay.

Cons

Even though they offer health insurance, I applied & never got any help from management when I never received my health insurance despite the premium coming out of my check every month. They have a quantity lock on commission so unless you sell "X" amount of phones, you don't get any of your commission.
