      Pros

      Troc is awesome! I'm glad I made the choice to go with them. From the beginning I've been informed of opportunities to advance within the company on many different levels. Which is good and they are keeping up with the changes of the job market, AI etc....

      Cons

      Haven't found any cons. No thing is perfect so I'll have to say so far I'll keep an eye out for what could come bad.
