The functional groups of T-ROC are so well integrated. There’s a strong sense of unity amongst the team; locking arms and having fun along the way. That doesn’t happen without real relationships that foster collaboration through differences. I would put this team up against the world!

Cons

IF you consider working hard a con, it fits here. There’s not a lot of room for “going through the motions.”
