Pros

The potential for excellent compensation is near endless due to the commission structure. Basically the more sales you make the more you pocket at the end of the day. One of the easiest and highest paying jobs I’ve ever had.

Cons

When it’s good it’s REALLY good and when it’s bad…well you get the picture.

Commission is little to nothing you get paid little for all the high expectations
