Pros

To start this off, I want to inform anyone looking to work in this specific division of TROC, the best part has to be the rewarding feeling it is to help out the customers of Xfinity. With the notation that isn’t an unreasonable/blatantly rude/possible fraud risk exceptions of customer. As well as the job is easy to learn if you’re even moderately tech savvy, pays great commission & pays well @ their hourly rate too. Then to revisit those above stated “trouble customers”, even when that comes up, just make sure to kill them with kindness & do all you can to resolve their issue. As well as, always make sure to inform all your customers they get surveys which is a 1-10 Scale you’re lightly graded on, but it will say XFINIT Y so unless you tell them it’s about you they usually don’t know that a majority of the time. Other than those few notes, overall it a great job with great support, benefits, and compensation. Along with an amazing support network, from your personal store team leaders, all the way to the many different areas of support form there included Employee Assistance Program.

Cons

With XFINITY being the biggest headache sometimes, along with both company’s meh level of communication and coordination. As well as the sometimes confusing changes/policies & guidance inconsistency due to the communication issue stated above, And lastly, the way anything XFINITY supports these stores on there end with, plus the headaches they let there phone customer service send into the door all to frequently, can get it be a pain in the butt. That’s about it, and when you can resolve these messes that customer service can make, the customer/s relief and gratitude usually make them not too bad.

Pros

Some of the people you get to work with are nice people.

Cons

This company claims to care about their people but it's all just talk. They care about leadership as they are a good old boy family while everyone else is expendable. If you are desperate and need a job take it and continue to look while something better comes along.
