Love Working For This Company!

Pros

The pay is hourly plus commission, with no draw. The commission is 100% uncapped. The dress code is very flexible. Management is highly involved in day-to-day operations at each store. The company is big on making you feel individual, with lots of room for advancement.

Cons

Only real con is the retail hours (10am-9pm, 7 days a week.

Pros

I enjoyed helping people and I loved my coworkers.

Cons

Management is terrible. They lied about bonuses and everything. I quit recently because it is just an overall terrible company to work for. When I left I was never paid. They paid their current employees but if you leave they don’t pay you or keep your money for a long time. I’ve been waiting over a month now to get paid. They’re all crooked and scam artists. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for!!!! They don’t care about their employees.

Pros

commission is great, easily get approved your days off when you request them enough in advance.

Cons

too many hours for part time. make you do ridiculous things like walk around out side and pass out fliers as well as make cold calls to get people in the store. they have you do outreach sometimes in other businesses to get business lines. Management is awful..their expectations of you are sometimes ridiculous and don’t take into consideration the amount of traffic that comes in the store before they crack down on you for your numbers.
