Work load is unrealistic. Be prepared to not be compensated for the work you’re doing. Management is toxic. They’ll make you feel like you’re part of a team just to extract more from you.

Great for a first job or a job while you’re in school. Flexible hours. Will work with you school schedule.

Cons

Have to meet goals. Residents are sometimes rude. Depending on your location you may be put in some unsafe situations.

Steady paycheck. Inclusion. On-site teamwork if you can find your right people.

Cons

Responsible for turning property with no outside help. Pay is not that great. Company greatly underpays on-site employees. Apartments are furnished, on-site teams are responsible for moving any and all furniture. No storage space or maintenance shops.
