Pros

I have been with Scion for just over 2 years and have been very happy working for this company. There are a lot of opportunities for promotions if you are willing to travel or relocate.

Cons

Occasional work on weekends.

Pros

You learn great skills to help you in future jobs. You work closely with managers that help you learn how to work as a leasing agent. You are required to take fair housing lessons.

Cons

You have a lot of work that is not listed in the job description. You are required to clean and do other odd duties. Be prepared to do lots of walking

Pros

I have worked in property management at three different student housing firms. The Scion Group is easily the best in terms of providing support to property staff and giving opportunities for advancement. The corporate resources, training and corporate events are way better, more serious and more productive than anywhere else I've worked.

Cons

Really fast paced, which is good and bad. Tons of growth and with that comes a bit of chaos, but lots of opportunity.
