Pros

Benefits are decent at least

Cons

Complete lack of communication between departments, processes and procedures are constantly changing and are not vetted out before they are put into place, nor are they communicated to anyone in a timely fashion.

Pros

Scion pays well, better than most in the industry

Cons

Toxic company culture Zero work life balance Maximum turnover due to poor treatment from leadership Incompetent leadership Busy work No trust in employees or the ability to cultivate ideas Many of the leasing agents are asked to leave 5 star reviews on sites like this one, but if you’re considering taking a job with this company then read full time employee reviews and DO NOT take a job here.

Pros

- Flexible with scheduling if you are a full-time student. - Nice management. - Great co-workers.

Cons

- Corporate took away commission. - There aren't many incentives for workers to get people to sign leases. - Sometimes how management handles a situation isn't the best especially if something happens on the weekend since the managers don't work then.
