Everyone is entitled to an opinion and seems the disgruntal ones always make them self heard . -Well equipped (toolage) -Safety first is priority -new company trucks -worker respect -strict policys regarding material purchases and quotes .

Some people want a free ride in life and can hurt the name of both the company and also the unions reputation
