      No cap or ceiling on income. Plenty of room for promotion. Opening new stores every month Freedom to be yourself when selling tile Flexible with schedule Good benefits Great employee discount

      Very long hrs Week is a 6 day work week Work hard and make nothing Have to be very pushy with coustomers since prices and selection sucks Bosses do what ever they want and get away with is ex) only work 5 days at min hrs, leave store to run personal taks
