Pros

Great people, interesting work, and a company focused on providing the best product possible. Company does a great job encouraging younger staff to continue asking questions and learn knew concepts.

Cons

Being in consulting can lead to somewhat of an unpredictable work schedule. When you get good at a specific task, it can sometimes be hard to get out of it.

Pros

A newbie training site. A new employee can learn some traffic technique. might have some free drinks. If you are told you got a full time job, don't trust it. They fire you any time.

Cons

No career here. Every employee will become boss's tools for making money. No respect to employee.
