      If your payed salary you can do whatever you want including nothing

      Cons

      If your hourly payed they take everything and give nothing I was a truck driver but moved up very fast in duties work many hours over every week was doing a general formans duties and was given every excuse in the book not to be moved to salary to keep me from getting paid hidays vacation time and quarterly bonus why all the people that were supposed to be running the job sat on there backsides all day and reaped the rewards of all the hourly paid men that were actually getting the job done thalle construction is not a company I would recommend. For an enemy let alone a friend
