      Flexible and great college job, room for growth -> really depends on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Male customers who preferred a male associate over a woman associate, but was rare.

      Pros

      The owner is great. It is a laid back environment. Hours can be flexible. Store closes at 7pm on week days, 4pm on Saturday, 2pm on Sunday, so it's great for someone with a family

      Cons

      Customers in this area of NJ have a sense of entitlement and can be very difficult to deal with as they look down their noses at low-paid employment positions. Holiday seasons can be very busy and demanding.

      Pros

      I ran the store myself without any managers near by. Pay was not bad. I enjoyed the Interaction with customers.

      Cons

      During holiday's owner would not hire more help and at times there would only be one helping customers while the other boxed. Pure chaos
