• They are quick to hire • Okay stepping stone until you find a better job opportunity • Better luck if you have a more professional and ethical franchise owner
Cons
• I applied and was interviewed with the expectation that I would specialize in printing services and worked in multiple positions • Promise of pay increase if we exceeded sales, turned out to be a lie when we were doubling and tripling in sales • Only "benefit" was an IRA • Franchisee prioritized business partners print orders over regular customers who ordered before them • No PTO or sick time
