Pros

Management and co-workers are great. Just all around excellent people. Generous employee discounts with free shipping makes it easy to send out gifts to friends and relatives. Flexible scheduling to accommodate employee needs.

Cons

Pay is quite modest, but the biggest drawback is how repetitive and mind numbing some of the jobs are (like picking). Walking around in circles all day being prompted by a pick to voice headset, I don't know how people can do that day after day, year in and year out. Many seem to be able to, but not many actually enjoy it.

Pros

Decent dental insurance, easy to get hired as a seasonal.

Cons

You are on the phone all day so you have almost no opportunity to interact with your co-workers. It is very difficult to get anyone to help you if you have questions. Everything you do is monitored; your calls are recorded and scored, the percentage of time you are logged into the phone is calculated to the point where you begin to feel like you shouldn't take the time to go to the bathroom. The differential in pay from TSR to CSR is only fifteen cents which is insulting. Annual increase is around 15-20 cents per hour. The customers are ANGRY, I've never seen anything like it. You have to bend over backwards and take it. When a catalog is coming out they require the full time employees to work 48 hours per week; however if it's not as busy as expected they start sending people home. One day I was sent home after 2 hours; didn't even make enough that day to pay for my gas. I would not encourage anyone to work there.
