Pros

- Company is owned by Jeff Bezos and is perceived as very credible on the market. - The ArcXP product is a next gen CMS that brings tremendous value to customers. - Company is truly customer-centric... probably because it is own by Jeff Bezos and not by a gazillion sharehold just looking for dividends - Great team to work with - Management is very down to earth and accessible

Cons

-Still feels a bit like a start-up, but not a big problem - The ArcXP brand is strong in media but not strong in other markets

Pros

Amazing coworkers, great place for career progression, motivating mission

Cons

CIO and CPO are both leaving, many amazing people leaving due to rigid RTO policy and leadership issues at the top. A ton of growing pains (Only 4 people in the HR department, outdated career ladders, no management training)
