You've come a long way, WaPo

Pros

- There's no better newsroom on the planet. - WaPo will become the WordPress of Newspapers--- the tech operation is awesome - Headquarters is nice - Culture of experimentation is inspiring

Cons

- Pay could be better, and maybe a few little perks at the office - The ad business is still very challenged (as in the rest of the media world)
