Pros

The people! We were very much a family and tight knit group. I can say that I worked with some of the best and brightest in the industry. The benefits were excellent when I was there. Presidents Club trips were amazing!

Cons

Pay could have been a bit higher. Not much else! It took me going to several other companies to realize how great I had it at TWP
