Pros

I learned a lot, quickly. My work had immediate and wide exposure, and my coworkers were fantastic.

Cons

There was little transparency from management and a general lack of stability, which are normal news industry things I guess. Made for a tough environment to do one's best work, though.

There is opportunity to move and grow. The new building is nice and allows for collaboration. Good experience for the resume.
