Pros

- Working at WaPo is great if you’re coming out of college and trying to get some experience under your belt. - I had amazing coworkers.

Cons

- HR is a joke, one manager can single handedly ruin your career trajectory and you have no recourse in it. - No clear guidelines on how to get promoted or get a raise.
