Pros

- Great team, culture, and benefits - A healthy work-life balance as compared to previous jobs - The Post is an incredibly innovative organization - Access to top-of-the-line technology, tools, and services - A supervisor who values me as a person as much as my work contributions - Strong organizational leadership, especially related to keeping employees safe in this COVID-19 world

Cons

- Nothing of substance, I'm very happy with my job

Pros

I've worked here for 17 years, through many changes, and I've had generally good experiences throughout my time here.

Cons

Jargon-heavy environment. Not a lot of room for advancement when working on the print side.
