Pros

Great technology, great onboarding process and everyone is willing to help including managers

Cons

the 3 days in office is kind of a con right now, given that some jobs can be done completely remote and still be fine. the traffic is a pain and parking cost can add up.

Pros

I could learn from the best and smartest people, always count on support and flexibility of my colleagues, good salary, access to knowledge and training

Cons

Sometimes had to deal with lack of admin coordination, working overseas had lack of clarity in terms of paying taxes
