Pros

Editorial side continues to thrive. Name and brand has a lot of recognition in the area. Good location downtown. Great place to see dysfunction at every level outside of the editorial department.

Cons

Toots their own horn way too much and their positives are way over blown or outright exaggerated. All management are 'yes' men. Everyone's only concern is how they appear to their supervisors so a very selfish environment. HR's only purpose is to protect the company from any possible legal action. Turnover is extremely high due to no interest in retaining employees or addressing their concerns. Massive waves of departures is a recurring cycle. Constantly changing leadership leads to no stability and constant reorganization. Expected to work 24-7 without any sort of recognition.
