Management completely at sea. Little upward mobility for the young and motivated.

Famous Brand Good on resume Tele-commute Big company and you can make a lot of friends if you stay long-term

Reactive managers Intimidating arrogant managers No appreciation shown to employees Can get lost in the crowd

Benefits package was great, but it's changed

Cons

Well every work place has it's issues...but it's really often hard for true dedicated workers to get the respect and pay deserved.
