Pros

Supportive editors and colleagues Ability to do ambitious work Employees treated well Legacy of accountability reporting

Cons

Recently installed management, namely Will Lewis and the new opinions guy, I are a joke and do nothing but alienate talent and undermine the reputation of fearless journalism the Post has built for so long. Their decisions have pushed out out countless valuable employees and hurt the paper. It is so sad.

Pros

I love my colleagues at The Post, everyone is kind, empathetic, smart and happy to help. Not too many big egos.

Cons

Recent business decisions at the highest level have made it near impossible for people to advance the companies mission.
