The residents were amazing can’t help but fall in love them Benefits were OK

Cons

Awful management Staff talks very poorly about the residents- it’s very sad Staff talks poorly about each other, it was worse than high school. Mangers drink on the job Favoritism There is no “team” work.

Pros

Being able to interact face to face with the clients you serve OnShift is a great tool for scheduling Room to make lasting relationships with Nursing Staff Was able to clock out and separate myself from work (for the most part)

Cons

As HSC, little to no contact with recruitment tools (archaic self-made system of Excel logs as makeup) Upper management is obviously in for the money, not the clients; Execs rarely ever visited campuses and the company is moving towards a "fancy senior hotel" versus a care facility Nursing Staff is underpaid, and it's impossible to ask for more to retain stellar caregivers
