Pros

Decent pay (better work requirements to pay comparisons out there). Standard issue benefits.

Cons

Will not bend over backwards for you unless it benefits them. Weekend work when mills are shutdown. No one in upper management takes responsibility to resolve systemic issues. Constantly blame work schedule on customer load but that's just not true. It's an excuse!!! The pay for the type of work is subpar.

Management sucks, as well as the president and COO. It’s a “good old boys” mentality.

Lower pay, can be disorganized, outdated systems and software, very strong hierarchal approach.
