Pros

There's only one thing that makes it work while to work here, and that was most of my coworkers.

Cons

Managers do not listen to newer techs for improvements. Gaslight employees and do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Managers would much rather listen to employees with seniority than employees who are newer, thus creating an extreme bias. Never trust a company that says "we're family".

Great medical insurance. Period. There is nothing else.

Cons

Zero work/life balance, years of empty promises for growth and promotion, 1% increases, long days, longer harvest nights, EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT starting with the Operations Managers and ending all the way up at the top. Boasts about high profit years and gives the worst raises in company history.
