A lean company

Pros

The Wine Group is a good company to work with for someone who has little experience, someone with a lot of experience, or someone trying to learn gain new experiences. TWG is a lean company which means a highly collaborated work environment and past paced. Be prepare to wear multiple hats.

Cons

Because TWG is a lean company, expect to overwork to complete your work. While working here, sometimes I have felt like there was no life/work balance or it was hard to maintain. TWG has very limited room for growth unless there is a vacancy or someone retires. TWG has good benefits but the compensation is not competitive for the Tracy area.
