Pros

Competitive salary. Some locations are better than others.

Cons

Worst onboarding experience ever. No office, no desk, no phone and a used computer. Way to much micromanagement to be effective. You are constantly defending yourself.

Pros

+Generally people are nice to work with (mostly workers and junior leaders). +Wine industry is fun. +Great discounts on wine.

Cons

-Executive leadership makes false promises. Worst I have seen (and I’ve seen some bad leaders). They are truly disappointing.... -Management is CHEAP! Basically use everything until it breaks, fix it with bandaids, and then buy something cheap to replace it (maybe). -People just run around fixing problems (mostly ones they or management creates) and then complain about it, and/or sits back and pats themselves on the back for ‘working hard’.
