Health/ medical benefits are very good. My coworkers are amazing; we all knew what our department goals were and worked together to achieve them to the best of our ability. Management encourages cross training. Good entry level job.

Cons

Management does not listen to employees; their own goals seemed to outweigh the needs of the department. There is a glass ceiling to what you are able to do in the company.
