Pros

Wonderful staff, great work environment, lovely wines, brilliant art work all around you, beautiful grounds, the average guest is excited to be there and will enjoy what you have to say.

Cons

Low pay (relative to the rest of the Sonoma Valley tasting rooms), limited breaks (only a thirty-minute lunch, sometimes not), and no room for growth

Pros

The culture and people are great. It is a growing company with opportunity and growth potential. It has good work life balance, especially if you live in the area.

Cons

Locations are in the central valley and just one location in Livermore. If logistics are important to you.
