Pros

Easy place to work, stable job, ok salary

Cons

Deversity issues, no trasparancy , no bonuses, poor practises on promotions, Environment could become toxic due to dishonest approaches. Some managers need training of how to manage their team and definately some senior managers don't deserve their positions.

Pros

Competitive salary. Some locations are better than others.

Cons

Worst onboarding experience ever. No office, no desk, no phone and a used computer. Way to much micromanagement to be effective. You are constantly defending yourself.

Pros

Overall a great company to work for, especially if you live in the Central Valley. Good employee perks and good work-life balance.

Cons

Not a lot of room for professional growth. The company tends to hire from outside the company rather than promote from within. Lots of employees must clock in/out as hourly employees for positions that would be salaried at most other companies. Makes employees feel untrusted. Low morale in some offices.
