Toxic Culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Mostly remote work, some fun projects, you’ll grow to love your colleagues

Cons

Zero growth opportunities, endless backfilling, marginal pay, extremely hierarchical, toxic culture of working hard with no reward. Junior level employees will get paid pennies on the dollar, worked to the bone. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

There's only one thing that makes it work while to work here, and that was most of my coworkers.

Cons

Managers do not listen to newer techs for improvements. Gaslight employees and do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Managers would much rather listen to employees with seniority than employees who are newer, thus creating an extreme bias. Never trust a company that says "we're family".
