      No formation, stress, complicate server, difficult to ask for advice or help

      Pros

      Work environment is pretty good and the technical capabilities are very modern. Overall I would recommend this place to work.

      Cons

      Salaries on the argentinian office were not internationally competitive. Benefits (at my time of employment) almost non existent.
