      Amazing company environment. Constant coaching and training. If you work hard, you get compensated fairly.

      A lot of time on the phone. Variable industry.

      Real community spirit!

      Pros

      TheFork is a business that really rewards and progresses people with strong work ethic and high achievers. Despite being a large business owned by TripAdvisor there is a real family feel to the company and they really care about the people that work for them. It is, a real team effort, combined with speed to achieve greatness type of business.

      Cons

      As a globally business, decisions and change sometimes take longer than needed to to be made as there are lots of parties involved in the decision making process. The family spirit of the company means that the working environment is fun but could use some more focus.
